There is new development, if you do not required fancy excel file then it is good
It is pure Harbour code to create/read excel.xlsx file w/o MS excel installed [w/o OLE]

Some years ago I used it, but generated sheet caused crashes in Excel.
I should try it now, but, I don't have excel yo test it 😅
