Eject printer page

Post by serge_girard »

Hello,

I have an Epson XP-257 and need to print some address labels.

I used to send 'EJECT' or FWRITE(nOutfile, chr(12)) or ? chr(12) but clearly this doesn't work anymore, today....

I can't find the right command right now. Anybody?

Serge

Serge
En word si oprimes Ctl-Enter hace un salto de hoja...
Quizá si envías esos caracteres...

In word if you press Ctl-Enter it makes a leaf jump ...
Maybe if you send those characters ...

Are you sure that printer recognize ECS/P sequences?
IF not you must use some printer driver, dos to windows, like https://dosprn.com/

Serge, I use hpdfprint. Something I do at start of print is check how many labels are missing on label page and skip to that point so I can use
all labels on a sheet. Not sure if you are doing this but is usefull.
