i found these Function
- HMG_IsUTF8WithBOM ( cString ) --> lBoolean
- HMG_UTF8RemoveBOM ( cString ) --> cString
- HMG_UTF8InsertBOM ( cString ) --> cString
what are BOM for :idea:
