How auto login in phpbb forum from website?

Hello everybody!
I setup forum by phpbb in VPS (Virtual Private Server) with MySQL database for my small company. I intall CMS (Content Management System) in my VPS. Forum and CMS (Wordpress, Joomla...) are written in php
And I want from website auto login to forum. The user only needs to Single Sign On from the website.
However, both forum and CSM still independent to login or administrator. Because the future upgrade will not affect each other.
I think can be used HMG to monitoring and administration forum PHPBB and CSM by MYSQL
anyone have ideas or code demo?
