Calling Windows Explorer Copy Paste from HMG

Dear Masters,
1. How to call Windows Explorer's copy and paste command from HMG ?
2. How to call Windows Explorer's delete and undelete command from HMG ?
What so special about the windows explorer copy and paste function is when
we copy and paste an xxx.htm/html files, it include the xxx_files folders as well.
I wonder if we hv functions in HMG to do the same function.
