Confused about the topic title?!

This is the 300th topic and 2000th post in the forum.

I am so much happy that this forum has come this much live in a short period of 8 months.

Thanks for the participation and contribution by all the members especially our Karta* Roberto Lopez.

I am also very happy to be a part of this family. :)

Only one thing. I want to add "guru" along with "karta". :)

"Guru" is a Sanskrit word, which is used in many language to mean "Expert".

But actual meaning is different. "Gu" mens "Gupt" i.e. Hidden in English. And "ru" means express or manifestation. So, original meaning of "Guru" is the person who shows (or teaches) us what is hidden. :) So every guru is expert but every expert is not guru.

Sorry for this "boring" funda ;)

Regards.

A big thanks to all of you, whom make this truly possible.

Note: My self-estimation is usually not good, so exaggerated praise is welcome :)

Roberto.

Dear Rathi:
And a Big Thanks to you for running this forum. I can understand how much time & effort you've to give for the smooth functioning of this forum. Brilliant effort, kept it up. And in this process we all are with you.

BTW, if someday you've to switch over our forum to a different service provider what will happen to our all posts which are like ready reference guide for all of us. Any backup kind of thing? Actually I'm zero on this field (forum creation & maintenance) but just this "fear" came up in mind....

Regards,

Swapan

Hi Swapan,

FYI, we do take whole backup of our forum every week and download the same to my system. I think that would help to restore the same in the times of any disaster.
