HMG.4 For Windows New Binaries+Source Release

Hi All,
On this release:
- Updated Sources
- Reduced size
- Portable Installation (you can install in any folder and it still working without reconfigure)
Download:
http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/hmg
For the team: This release has a new build.bat root file, that I've uploaded to SVN already, please update.

MsgBox examples are so nice.
