Hi Rathi,

Whenever I log in to HMGForum, it's showing "1 new message". I checked my personal message inbox. There is no new / unread message in my personal inbox.

Hi Sudip,

PHPBB forum's Private messages are dealt in a different way.

We allow 50 messages for inbox. Now, when the inbox is full, the excess message is not deleted. It will be saved in a temporary storage. Once you delete some your inbox messages, the excess messages won't get shown up automatically. You have to release them. There will be a button to release the same in the top.

Thanks. But, I can't find the button to release the message. Can you please send an image showing the location of the button.

Unfortunately that will be shown only to the persons having their inbox full!

When my inbox was full, I deleted all messages from my inbox. (at that time I didn't know about the button)
Then I can't see this button, as my inbox is not full (again) right now

No problem, friend. A small message doesn't give me much trouble
