HMG 3.0.29 Patch 'a'

Hi all,
This patch fixes problem in windows handling introduced 3.0.29 and reported by Marek
I've fixed a little problem in IDE (introduced 3.0.29 too) and reinforced error checking to avoid unwanted operations involving panel windows.

Hi Roberto,
Tested, no problem encountered
WAIT WINDOW error gone away, \samples\panel.* and \samples\external.windows\panel also re-compiled and ran perfect.

Te comento que el ejemplo que adjunto me da error con este PATCH "a" en Windows 2000 SP4, no ocurre lo mismo si lo compilo con el HMG 3.0.29 solamente.
El error se produce cuando preciono el boton BASE DE DATOS BROWSE.
Adjunto el ejemplo
