When I had read the license text, I found that qhtm can't be used in commercial projects.
This is for the kind information.

Yes, the gipsysoft license said that non-commercial version can not be for sell product. By the other hand they say you can acquire a commercial version, b ut when you try to fill up the form for buying: shows a links broken, which is means that gipsysoft it is not longer exists. Look up this:
http://gipsysoft.com/qhtm/fullversion.shtml
I believe this product turn up by GNU license and it is freeware.
And remember, this procut last relase was on Feb, 1999.
I also have sent a message to Russell Freeman at
russf@gipsysoft.com and the email address is not working anymore. See automatic message return:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
russf@gipsysoft.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
russf@gipsysoft.com (state 13).
HwGUI added in their version 2.05 on 15.09.2002 and in for HMGS version 1.1 Build 11b was implemented on 2005/11/02.
So in this way, I do not see bad to be applied on HMG too, we would considere this product as freeware. Upto the moment, author or any responsable for this product, could appear.
