- You can exit now from cell editing on grid with a mouse click outside the cell.
This has the same effect as the <Esc> key (you will need a second click to
reposition the cursor). This is a slight break of the feature freeze, I know

That's great!
Once I was discussing bout this with Sudip. On an invoice entry, this was needed.
Thanks for the update!

Also, this method of capturing the mouse click outside modal windows can be used in combo search box component also. Let me try that.
Thanks a lot for this excellent feature.
In my opinion, it wolud be more naturally to accept value.
I agree with Rathi.

Well... I've was thinking about this...
I guess you are right.
Excel and VFP accepts a cell value, exiting from it with a mouse click. Besides that, the point of combo editing and accepting with mouse only could be comfortable for the user.
It is already done. I'll publish in the next test release (I hope the last one

).

Last two weeks I was working over my old project written in clipper 5.2.
I've moved it into hmg environment (console mode, for now).
I had to do to rapidly several amendments at the customer.
I'm impressed about portability of HMG - all program written on tne pendrive - HMG, IDE and my source files. All working fine and very quick.
So, I want to place here big thanks to Roberto and creators of Harbour.
Great work!
Best regards!
