Great Sudip, thanks.... well, I am not overweight but in fact in ideal weight category but look what I've got, based on my recent angiogram (last month) I am having a 50% slow TMI flow, meaning a 50% blockage on my coronary artery. I am under medication to treat the block or clog. Well that's life folks. I am doing aerobics now... LOL!

Hi Esgici,

I believed I stop smoking almost the same time when you are quitting. It's the frequent split seconds chest pain that I felt that prompts me to go thorough medical examination.
