Unable to compile and run sample programs

I tried to compile and run the sample "Hello World" program. No Success.
The Compile process starts but then there is nothing.
A Blank Errorlog Window opens.

I am also not able to create a new project. I get an error

The total path including the project filenames should not have any space or special characters.

I am not inserting any spaces. I am just typing a project name (TestProj) in the dialog box.
Wonder where the space is coming from ?

Hi Peter. Have you welcome to our community.

This is an old problem and old requeriment for fixing this at our IDE. See this topic: viewtopic.php?p=47505#p47505

Compiling project thru IDE at our actual version is becoming an error badly interpreted by IDE when exist space's characters in files names and folders name.

This message came because surely the folder name where the project is stored with spaces in it name in it.

Please, remove spaces upto Claudio could fix our IDE for working properly. Or you can use the main Build.bat of HMG or the Build.bat where the SAMPLES' demo or whatever other project is stored.

Build.bat is working properly.

I had the same problem initially.
Ile me you probably have your program at \hmg.3.4.3 directory/subdirectory so we have "." which IDE will not allow.
Pls shift your prg file where there are no special/space characters in name/path and then recompile.
