Build.bat in HMG root folder

Many improvements were made in our Build.bat and Build64.bat from our HMG root folder but never got an identifier version.
Now when will call without any parameter it will display Build.bat version and we will start from 1.0 :)

Hereunder is a prepared a final modification for ViewError demmands:

I have open this new topic, because its become easier to keep the last and updated version of Build.bat and Build64.bat
