Thanks to all who are involved in this project. :) I tested it.

You have done an excellent job :D

Regarding Grid2Print, I don't know how to print totals of specific columns.

And, there is a wish list. Can user store the structure of reports in a separate file for future use?

Thank you again.

With best regards.

Sudip
We are all in this project. :)

Regarding summation, did the sample work for you or not?

I am now working on saving config of each report in a project in a file called reports.cfg. That will be ready in a day or two. :)

Sorry, I saw the output but didn't check the code. I thought (wrongly ;) ) there will be an option to select the columns to be summed in the grid2print dialog box :) Thanks, your solution is better. Now, you may guess what comes in my mind - some other functions (may be UDF) can be used at the bottom.

Regarding Reports.cfg, wow :D (within 48 hours, I may guess it ;) )

Thank you very much my friend.

With best regards.

I had uploaded a new version 0.9 of HFCL (as suggested by fchirico)
hfcl.zip
HFCL 0.90 (2009-05-14)
(46.47 KiB) Downloaded 124 times
Change Log:

1. All the source files are moved to 'source' directory (Thanks Esgici).
2. New: Grid2Print will save all the settings for a particular report when the 'print' button is successfully clicked, to a file called "reports.cfg" and whenever the same report is called for again, the settings would be restored. This would save all the reports being printed from a particular project folder.

Kindly try and tell me about your comments.

Help Needed:

I had saved some resource files in the resources folder. Please help me in adding these resources to the linked library.

Thanks a lot Rathi. :)

When I tried to run samples (GridPrint), it couldn't find Compile.bat. (For fresh installation)

When I tried the same thing with an installation upon previous HFCL, I can compile and run GridPrint sample, but can't find how to save in .cfg file. May be I have omitted something. Can you help me?

With best regards.

Sudip

Hi,

Even though, I had moved the source files to source directory, I had not changed the compile.bat under the samples directory. Now I had changed the same.

'reports.cfg' would not be created immediately on pressing the print button of the sample, it would be created on pressing the print button of the gridprint dialog window.

Here is the updated version.

Sorry, but I can not generate the *. cfg file, press the "Print" button you mention.
