I apologize for taking a long time without writing, but I am always present and attentive to developments and solutions raised by all of you.

I used to work and read the forum to find solutions, sometimes I find them working hard and reading the answers and questions in this wonderfull forum, I have not words to explain what is happening in my mind. When I started with HMG I found a tool to make my aplications easy and friendly like old clipper, but now I think that it's more than a tool. First of all thanks to all the peopel around the world that is puting its molehill to make HMG one of the best thing that has happend to me.

Something is happen with textbox control, randomly their value is not returned.
See next example:

1- Run prueba.exe
2- Hit Properties button
3- Hit Save Button

Save button execute the next code:

msgbox(alltrim(cTemp)+"x")
* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *
But in a randomly manner the value is not returned, sometimes msgbox shows: "Pruebax"
And sometimes only shows "x"

Ya lo Compile y responde bien en HMG.3.1.1

Te mando la imagen... y lo ejecute 10 veces... y todo Ok, si tienes problemas desintala el HMG y vuelvelo a instalar, revisa de virus tu compu...

I also happen to Incomming Email application.

Textbox control fails many times, thought I had a Rootkit / Malware but I check many times and nothing.
HMG.3.1.1 also reinstall several times.
in some executions control returns the actual content.
