Dear All:
This is Swapan Das from India!
After long-long (may be more then 2 years) time I've logged in to HMG forum!! I even forgot my username & password. Somehow today had some time and managed to recollect my username & password.
I don't know if anyone still remembers me here. May be Rathingiri, Esgici (and Roberto Lopez Sir) could remember me a bit! That time Sudip (from India) was very active in HMG and he actually introduced me to HMG. HMG4 development just started that time. Recently Jayadev (another good fellow from India) have helped me a lot with certain issues related to Windows printing. And great to see that he is a HMG member also. Its good to see that this forum is still very active and has maintained its unique flavour (professional+personal touch).
For around 2-3 years went out of touch from xHarbour and HMG, as professional & personal needs asked to concentrate on other things. But the old bug (of testing alternative to Clipper platform..) was constantly biting me... so recently thought to take some time out and re-start 1ce again. This time I've started with HARBOUR and taking help from the Harbour User group (google). Harbour looks good and I hope in this time HMG must be more mature and a fine product for real-life applications.
Currently I'm on Harbour console only, but would love to follow the developments here. I love this group because there's a friendly relation here and scope for personal discussion on any topic among the group members which is not seen in other places.
I'm probably taxing all of your patience with my this long non-productive discussion, so should stop now.
Regards,
Swapan

Sure, will definitely shoot posts related to HMG in near future ...
Its really good to see that so many queries/posts with real-life applications' needs are floating here (like one being related to GS1 Barcoding...)

Re: Hello Everybody!
Welcome back Swapan. Now HMG is Indianized too!
East or West HMG is the Best.
South or North HMG is worth.
...the possibilities are endless.

Tell me one thing.... HMG is Indianized, its great....but what about Harbour in this regard? Currently I'm on Harbour console only...
May look into the possibility of running my same project on harbour & HMG - without changes initially...
