Hola la aplicación de Sudip es muy buena pero
quiero preguntar que si se podria relentizar un poco
cuando recita lo que se ha escrito , en mi ordenar
es muy rapido y casi no se entiende y esto que
es de la PreHistoria es un Pentium III XP Sp2

We can change the speed, pitch and other settings using control panel -> Speech settings

Revisando la web he encontrando un antiguo sample
con el titulo de "How to speak your PC./ como hacer hablar tu pc."
en que Sudip presento un codigo de sample y yo aporté una antigua
aplicacion de Clipper con el nombre de Music_Tone.zip
He actualizado un poco la misma aplicación espero les pueda gustar

Clipper application under the name Music_Tone.zip
