Harbour Gdi library

Hi friends,
Is there someone that use Gdi (libhbgd.a) with Harbour?

During compilation I receive more errors that sounds like this :

Code: Select all

".../lib/libhbgd.a(gdwrp.o):gdwrp.c:(.text+0x5f9c): undenifed reference to 'gdImageGdptr@8'
I've included "gd.ch", "gdextern.ch" and "libhbgd.a"; I've donwloaded binary packages for MsWin from http://www.libgd.org, but there isn't library for MinGw (only .lib).

Any help is good!

Many thanks in advance.

Luigi, what you want to do with the GDi lib?

The FreeImage lib won´t do it? Because this one is working with HMG.

Hi Esgici, My Friend :D

Many thanks for this information: I'll read!

Many times ago, I've developped a solution for Barcode 39 and 128, but it was mandatory to have fonts installed.
I think it was not a great solution because: a) normally, you must pay for good font b) you must install it (I think about a lan). For these reasons I'm searching a better solution.

Well, many thanks and now I'll look to the material!

Best regards.

Hi Ricci,
I'm very pleasure to meet you from the north of the Italy :!:
I'm investigating inside freeimage (I'm a selfmade and newbe  ). The first problem (solved) was to give one library in MinGw style (.a).
Now I'm trying my experiments: the first is good (saved a very simple bitmap and get info about this). The second (from Internet) not work: give me error "bad argument". I don't know.

Where can I find example(s)/source(s) write with Harbour/Clipper ?

Hallo und bis bald

P.S. I hope Google translator is good!! I want say to You: Ciao e a presto.

Hi Luigi,

yes Goole translater is good. :D

There is one big problem with the freeimage-lib: Harbours libhbfimage.a doesn´t support all freeimage functions.
