The mailing list engine hosted by Phil for so many years has died a
few days ago and Viktor have folowed Phil's recommendation of to find
another mailing list engine creating new Official mailing list of
harbour project :

Is there a problem with http://www.harbour-project.org server? It seems very slow or the page is not loading at all? Got any idea why?
