Grid limit records

Is it possible to limit the records listed in the grid by criteria?
Eg. By the values of 1 or 2 fields.

Hi,

I tried using set filter but it seems to have no effect.

Is it possible to stop some records from displaying by having a code block returns a .f. after comparing the conditions?
Can DYNAMICDISPLAY or ON QUERYDATA be used?
