I have problem with IDE. I mentioned this before in another post. If I build 30 times in the same session IDE crashes and I have to start again.
Then it is fine for 30 more builds. Do you think if you build your application with the 29th build it may be bad. Have you tried building with build.bat.

In my case the problem is not when compiling but when I am creating or editing forms (I use the IDE only to create and edit forms). It works fine up to 20/30 minutes and then the IDE crashes.
To compile I use QPM.

I think TAB controls cause some problems.

I dont know if cause any kind of problem, but it decreases (much) the IDE performance
