Learning HB email capability

Please reply with suggestions on where to learn how to send an email from HMG.
I noticed some posts about HM_sendmail but where is it located and is it documented?
Is it the complete answer to "how to send an email"?
Is this function the easiest and / or best way to send emails
Lastly, can the HMG email include attached images?

Hi, Bluebird. Read up on CDO. It works great for me. I use it with GMAIL and the only draw back is I have turn security level down
on my gmail account, so I created a special account just for sending hmg mail out of my programs.
