Where can i find some more info about BANDHEIGHT in the reportwriter ?
I only can find this basic info:

How many bands are there ? Five :HEADER, DETAIL, FOOTER, SUMMARY and GROUP ?
Is the BANDHEIGHT the total height for the regarding section ? What about the position of the section HEADER, DETAIL, FOOTER, SUMMARY and GROUP?
When I use PRINTER_PAPER_A4 (210- by 297mm) do all the bands together measure 297mm ?
What is de function of GROUP ?
