Help about Function GetPrinter()

When I use IDE to compiler my MIXED GUI-CONSOLE program,

Program is OK at my computer ( windows 8 64bit ).

When I copy program.exe to other computer ( windows XP 32bit ),

This Function GetPrinter() can not POP UP,

and program is to stop moving.


Any HMG files I need to copy to other computer with my program.exe ?
