Print preview appears back of modal window

Hello,
Print preview window appears backside of modal window, when it's run from a modal window. It works from non modal window.
Any suggestion please

When I run Sale Register form, which is a modal window and then run the Sale Register preview, the preview window appears back of the Sale Register window.
Code is like this

I am running from Win 8 Pro 32 bit version.
