read pdf properties by hmg_hpdf

Dear masters,
Using pdf reader like sumatra by menu file properties we can read a pdf properties.
I need to code by hmg to read any pdf properties.
Using hpdfdoc instead of reading it overwrite the pdf by an empty one...
Pls advise how can i do it....
