Today I am happy that I could port, compile and generate the latest version of SQLCipher library (3.3.1 - 2015-07-13 for SQLite version 3.8.10.2 - 2015-05-20 ) for Harbour/HMG MingW.
You can make use of it for your encrypted database projects.
