hbmk2: Linking... Socioss.exe

how to resolve this error ?

You insert into your project folder file "hbmk.hbm" and then make "build tuprg."
Now if your project is done with the IDE, you can not directly executable, and that something has changed in the hbmk2 of harbor, I think it would be necessary to modify the IDE is a development of Roberto Lopez.
In the version Hmg.036 (test) the IDE does not work

Debes insertar en tu carpeta de proyectos el archivo "hbmk.hbm" y luego realizar "build tuprg" .
Ahora bien si tu proyecto esta hecho con el IDE , no podras realizar el ejecutable directamente ya que algo cambio en el hbmk2 de harbour , creo que habria que modificar el IDE que es un desarrollo de Roberto Lopez .
En la version Hmg.036 (Test) el IDE no funciona
