HMG 3.0 (VIII) PATCH

Hi,

This patch (hopefully) solves incremental builds problems.

I've created HBMK2 and Harbour from today's sources and all appears to work fine.

I've included a slightly modified build.bat and a fixed IDE too.

Enjoy.
