I think, something wrong is with IDE 2.9.4

Now I'm working, and main window of IDE dissappeared. And there is no way to restore it.
I put fragment of screen capture below:

I don't know what happened.

Instead, what I know is, you have many so many different utilities in your desktop that one could probably imagine.

Yes!
It looks like big trashcan, but still works!

And almost all of these icons are still needed for me!

Ps.
There were no problems with previous IDE 2.8.6...

I've tried to re-do it and worked a few hours with IDE. But nothing wrong happened. I'll try again.
