Hi Sudip,

I had added "Report" option from menu and aligned "From" and "To" Dates according to the combo box below. :) I hope you would like it.

My humble suggestion:

The report shall also include the mode of payment, remarks etc., :)

The attachment MyExpense_SRG.zip is no longer available
Thanks a lot. I used it. I also added some required code for set relation in TranPrint module. I am now thinking about a way how to save and restore, work areas, indexes, relations, record numbers etc during LostFocus and GotFocus of a form. Do you have any idea about it. I don't want to reinvent the wheel, but if it is not there I shall work on it. :) It is required for .dbf and RDD only. IMHO, tMySql doesn't require it. :)

Yes, I agree with you. I shall add them in the next update.

I never used help with any Windows software (Sounds silly but, I must confess it). What is the best way to start with. Which software (from your OpenSource list) should I download?

Tonight I shall install this software into computer of the Doctor, for whom I mainly created the software. I am not expecting very good reaction from him, because he never participated in a software project and always used final software. ;)

Let's hope for the best :)

With best regards.

Yes, if you want to incorporate help id inside hmg application so that pressing 'f1' on particular control should invoke the help for that particular control, you can use Shalom help maker which would give you .hlp file. Otherwise, for creating a recent help file (compiled html help files - .chm files) you can use the Helpmaker.

Hi Sudip,
Its application is very good and useful.

I found a small problem if you create a data module in the head setup expense Daily expense with the window open, the combobox with the head off the new data.
Thanks for releasing your application
Regards,
Luis Vasquez.

Hola Sudip,
Su aplicación es muy buena y útil.
Encontré un pequeño problema, si creas un dato en el módulo expense head setup con la ventana Daily expense abierta, el combobox con los head no muestra los nuevos datos.
Gracias por liberar tu aplicacion
Cordialmente,
Luis Vasquez.

Yes, there is a problem. I shall correct it, along with some changes advised by Rathinagiri. Moreover, I also found some excellent code to save and restore workarea from Javier, which will be extremely helpful.

Thank you again for your reporting.

With best regards.

Sudip:

Then what's the Client's (the doctor) feedback?! Please share the first hand reaction he gave. And any changes/ideas from his side? I'm curious to know, after all he has seen a few readymade software on this subject before yours rather say "ours" software.

This software can be a launching pad for your future big project on HMG.

Regards,

Swapan
