It is not necessary, just

build phone.prg

I think, you should build file phone.hbp and put there one line
phone.prg

Then run IDE and in Configuration tab, add one line:
libs=sqlite3

When I've tried add new records, some problems with sql update occurs.
When you try to edit record, you should fill fields for edition - I get empty fields.
