hmg y dll

Good day to all
I tried to include in my application hmg created a DLL to use a fingerprint reader, but have not achieved good results.
it seems to not respond correctly using dll declare calldll32 or using ...
attached an example to be doing wrong?
pd dll provider also delivers me. lib and a. h
How you might integrate in my application

he tratado de incluir en mi aplicacion hmg un archivo DLL creado para usar un lector de huella dactilar, pero no he logrado buenos resultados.
pues parece no responder correctamente usando calldll32 ni usando declare dll ...
adjunto un ejemplo, que estare haciendo mal?
pd el proveedor de la dll tambien me entrega un .lib y un .h
COMO PODRIA INTEGRARLOS en mi aplicacion
