Forum updated to PHPBB 3.20

Dear HMGians,
I am happy to inform you that our forum software is being updated to the latest version of
PHPBB.
During update I have disabled some extensions which I will enable one by one in the due course.

I get very strange effects on my phone

When I switch my dophin browser to desktop mode, forum looks ok, but in mobile mode all lists are visible as dropped down

When I'm testing on my computer, it does not look better - almost the same effects like on my phone

CSS of the forum is changed to the new version. So, friends, please make a hard refresh (Press Ctrl + F5)
