Remove "Re: " when reply messages

I know this is not so important, but this makes me uncomfortable having to manually remove each time I answer messages.

Dear Rathi is it possible to remove this "
Re: " in the Subject fields ? Is it optional this ?

Is it posible ? Of course if not causing much work to you, but it would be good to cut off this please...
Please also note, all my messages ( except this one
) I have to remove that and is tedious to have to do it...

Now, the total concept of Re: and subject is done away with.
