I will add the translation tool soon. Regarding phpbb.com, I think it is temporarily broken.

Excellent job Rathi. Thank you very much.
I still believe a portal frontend is needed for easier navigation, and i am sure you will implement it at some time.
Overall it feels and looks fantastic.
