Thanks for ANIMATED TAG CLOUD in the Board Index page, it's very cute

I don't know this is a phpBB feature or your work.

By the way, include only name begin first three character of alphabet and include also non-member person;
anyway animation and changing with cursor position is superb, thanks again

I was playing with a MOD of PHPBB. They said we can select either forum list or members' list or search strings as the cloud content.

First I tried for forum list. It didn't work out. It worked out for members list.

I can't see this "cloud" on "board index page". Maybe I'm some wrong?

You are not wrong. I am trying to install the same in all the styles. Now it is available only in prosilver style.
