Hello, Esgici
I was worried about you, a few days ago I didn't see you at the forum. Sorry for your companion... I stopped smoking 3 months ago .

Sincerly,

Mustafa

Courage and determination will do.
Rightly said Danny.

May be this one is too personal, but let me tell. In India, to avoid the urge to smoke, we eat cucumber. Cucumber has so many medical benefits. It is, after all, natural.

Thanks X-S.
East or West HMG is the Best.
South or North HMG is worth.
...the possibilities are endless.

Hi Rathi,

Never too personal it's fine.

Well I ate ice cream and or orange. I think I'll try your suggestion and as far as I know cucumber being dark green in color can lower cholesterol too.

Thanks for the tip :) ,

Danny
