Suggestions for an active PHP/MYSQL forum?

I am working on learning PHP and MYSQL. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good forum to join?

I have had such good help here to get past sticky points.

I have books on PHP and mysql but I now see there are mysqli and PDO, but for someone new it seems sticking with mysql to learn has more information available.

I have some working code and a web site with a mysql database. Having a problem putting HTML code inside the ?PHP tags.

I am looking to make one of the data lines in the PHP code loop into a link so the user can click on a part number and bring up a new screen.
