Re: How to set exit code with errorlevel() ?

Hi. I want to upload this thread because I am trying to work with ErrorLevel() and I can not do it. And this function: ExitProcess(nErrorLevel), I don't know what it does. What I want is the following: - aaa.BAT calls bbb.EXE - bbb.EXE returns a value (from 11 to 20, for example) to aaa.BAT - Depend...

Re: TECLA F8 Y LASTKEY()

La cuestión era que KEYBOARD() envía un carácter al buffer, pero LASTKEY() no queda actualizada. Al menos eso dice la teoría. Probablemente el mandato WAIT saque el contenido del buffer, por lo que INKEY() ya estaría de más. (Nunca he usado WAIT). De todos modos lo importante es que te funcione como...

Re: Harbour MiniGUI Extended Edition build 17.08 is published

Harbour 3.2 is not supoorted BCC 10.1 officially (and therefore I doing Harbour build for BCC 10.1 with a trick). That clarifies everything. BCC 5.5 works on the ALL Windows platforms (since Win 98 to Win 10) but BCC 10.1 supports since Windows Vista only. Powerful reason. I had not thought a...

Re: Harbour MiniGUI Extended Edition build 17.08 is published

Thank you for such a detailed response. ;) However, my question was not related to speed (of relative importance) but to the final result: the executable program. The doubt arises because I do not understand why HMG Extended is offered with two compilers, being 10.1 the modern version (2016) of 5.5 ...

...and Minigui Ex build for the free Embarcadero C++ 10.1 Berlin compiler at the Minigui's download page. Mr. Filatov: Does that mean that Borland C++ 5.5 and Embarcadero C++ 10.1 can be used indistinctly? (I already tried it and the answer is YES, but with a small program. Maybe with a more comple...

Re: MySql revisited

Vagblad, excuse me if I have bothered you. You considered a sarcasm what was just a joke. And I also played as a joke what you said: "Easy, mark the username field as unique again. It will never allow you to enter the same name, it will always return an error code". I have the impression that we are...

Re: Completely new to clipper and Advice Required

Compiling with pure Harbour (without GUI) it is not necessary to convert .lib to .a

Just with -lNAMEFILE and take NAMEFILE.lib with no problems.

I say it from experience. ;)

Re: FILTRO

No sé si ya lo habrás solucionado. Por si acaso, yo lo haría así:

SELECT Almacen

SET FILTER TO "TUBO" $ UPPER(Almacen->Concepto)

[[AQUÍ, LAS FUNCIONES DE LECTURA DEL FICHERO, DONDE SOLO SALDRÍAN TUS "TUBOS" ]]

SET FILTER TO

Re: read binary file with fopen

Serge,

This is a .DTL file.

I'm afraid that with EDITBOX you will not get anything, neither with FREADSTR() or similar low-level functions.

It would be necessary a tool that would make the contents of the file something readable.
