Re: Question on using harbour-3.0.0-win

I have downloaded superlib now.

Can someone kindly show me how to make HMG see the library and how to implement it?

If I learn one, then I can confidently include another later if necessary.

Furthermore I was told that I have to download HMG itself ie. harbour-3.0.0-win My question is his: If I install harbour-3.0.0-win will that be a directory apart from my presen...

loading an image in bos taurus to scan get/set pixel data

Dear Mentors Once again I need to request advice I want to read an image into a window and use the BT set/get functions to count how many of the image colors are white (for example). When I try to use the code below, the result is zero because the scan checks the original window and not the image lo...

Change a varible value during debug operatio

Dear Mentors

I would like to know if I can change the value of a variable after a breakpoint stop.
Seems that I read that you can modify a variable in the Debug doc but how?

Request for an HSV to RGB algorithm

Dear HMG people Does anyone have an existing HMG/Clipper coded algorithm to convert HSV (hue, saturation, value) to RGB colors. There are some examples in other languages on the net, but a proven version in HMG would help avoid porting mistakes. Thanks, - not sure what forum section to use to request ...

Re: Installing 64 bit HMG with 32 bit already working

------------------------------------------------------------...

Re: Installing 64 bit HMG with 32 bit already working

I can now say that building in 64 bits is working. The only thing I would like to know is whether the result is really
a 64 bit exe since the BCC55 compiler is only 32 bit capable.

Thanks to everyone for helping me get there.

Re: Does Borland C++ Compiler 5.5 support 64 bit compilation

Thanks bdp2000 You are way ahead of me, so I must ask for clarification. When HMG allows you to set up to run 64 bits versions, does the present Borland compiler still only create a 32 bit exe file? If so why bother with 64 bit version? When I visited the site's you gave me they initiated a download...

Re: Does Borland C++ Compiler 5.5 support 64 bit compilation

We set up HMG with the recommended Borland BCC55 compiler that only allows 32 bit compilation.
Do other people with a 64 bit HMG have a different compiler to actually build 64 bit code.

Amy suggested 64 bit compilers to download?

Thanks
